		<description>As I&#039;ve said in a couple of other posts, while it can be valuable to quantify co-benefits of projects beyond carbon reduction, it is unlikely that the market will be willing to absorb higher costs (at least during this commitment period) beyond a very small niche market - particularly if your focus is on small scale projects which themselves make up a very small portion of the overall CDM market.</description>
