This discussion forum will focus on some key issues with the Adaptation Funds and provide a background for discussing the use of the CARBONplus accounting system as a means to evaluate the adaptation projects within the Funds.
Background Material:
It is recommended that contributors have an understanding of the CARBONplus project and of the adaptation funds measures. An overview of the CARBONplus project can be found in the CARBONplus Overview presentation, with more details on the externalities accounting in the CARBONplus Accounting presentation.
